CROSSROADS CENTER AND GOD’S MULTIPLICATION IN 2015

Luke 8:8 says,”Other seed fell into the good soil, and grew up, and produced a crop a hundred times as great.” That is what has been happening at Crossroads Center Medical and Dental Clinics. Last year Crossroads Center had an income of $105,509.00.  We also had 4011 hours of time donated by our 72 loyal volunteers. And what did God do with that time and money?

As a result of the money and time given last year, we were able to have 244 clinics seeing 948 medical patients and 185 dental patients.  We provided Mental Health counseling at Crossroads to 26 of our patients. In addition, 30 patients received classes in Diabetic Education from our diabetic educator.

According to the State of Florida, we provided $1,628,473.00 of medical services to our patients. In addition, we were able to provide $737,571.00 of free medications for 397 of our patients. That is a total value to our patients of $2,366,044.00.

For every patient we see, we provide $2,198.93 of care in the name of Jesus. For every hour a volunteer serves, we provide $589.89 of medical care and medicines. For every dollar donated, we are able to provide $22.43 of medical services and medicine. God is certainly in the multiplication business.

Most importantly, He drew three people unto Himself so that they asked Jesus to be their Savior. More than anything else, we praise Him for these three souls who we will now meet in eternity. We also give thanks for our faithful CARE Team members who give of their time to pray and share with our patients. By the way, we urgently need more volunteers to join our CARE Team. What about you?
